Homemade dishes that provide moments of relaxation as soul food, e.g. classic bowls or soup bowls, Asian, Oriental and African street food, Mediterranean and Levantine components, fresh vegetables and regional products ensure a varied meal for the whole family here. Stopka’s is also the only Slowfood and Greentable restaurant in Mönchengladbach.

Healthy, tasty and above all fresh – that’s what Xiclô stands for.
Guests are served authentic Vietnamese dishes in an extraordinary ambience and pleasant light atmosphere. Here you can experience how modern times meet the traditional aesthetics of the country. The dishes are prepared by the family members and are meant to convince you that Vietnam is worth a visit for the food alone. All soups, sauces and dishes are homemade, of course. A wide range of traditional spices, sourced directly from Vietnam, are also used. Asian beers, homemade lemonade and smoothies as well as authentic Vietnamese coffee are also available here.

Nierskind – the meat manufactory

Here you will find genuine DryAged steaks from our own maturing process, fresh fish and the juiciest burgers. The meat, matured with a lot of patience, experience and care, is cooked to perfection in a Josper grill on real Quebracho wood. Tender steaks, the best sashimi-quality fish, fresh tartare and creative burgers are served to meat lovers. The pasture-raised beef is sourced 100 % locally and only from selected farms. In addition, a wide selection of special cuts from around the world is always on offer. Fries, in-house mayonnaises, the legendary Gladbach ketchup and various dressings are also made fresh daily. A difference you can see and taste!
