There’s a wide variety of thriving culture in Mönchengladbach. There are many organizations which have creative and exciting projects that provide an opportunity to get involved in interesting new activities. All that needs to be said is simply: go out and enjoy it! And if you walk through Mönchengladbach you will come across a variety of art works in public squares, in parks, outside buildings and in hidden inner courtyards. There are no fewer than 30 sculptures along the 5 km  sculpture trail which includes the sculpture garden at Abteiberg Museum as well as existing sculptures. Lovers of modern art will also find interesting works and exhibitions in the city’s galleries.
