EA 71 project space

The premises which has been provided for use as an artists’ workshop by the GWSG accommodation agency is situated in the heart of the Eicken ‘creative quarter’ at Eickener Str. 71.

This has led to the EA 71 project, the result of close collaboration with the municipal Cultural Office. The shop premises on the ground floor, which is known as the “EA 71 Project Space”, is available to the artists who are based here and also to professional artists who have helped to set up the Cultural Office – nearly all of whom have received support from and are members of the city’s “c/o” artists’ promotion programme. Up to thirteen exhibitions a year can be seen in the EA 71 project space.
