The restaurant is in the basement of the Direktorenhaus – the former main administration building and head office of the directors of the Monforts engineering works. So its name links it to the tradition of textile manufacturing at this location. The team here loves using fresh culinary ideas in order to help make your lunch break a real pleasure in this wonderfully relaxing setting.
