Exhibitions, theatre, films, literature, music, dance, an extensive range of workshops and a dinner theatre – since its foundation in 1989, the BIS Centre for Open Cultural Work e.V.. has offered its guests a varied and attractive cultural programme in the heart of the city. In the stylish ambience of two Wilhelminian villas on Bismarckstraße, a good-humoured, creative team of volunteers organises everything around the varied events. In summer, the idyllic garden invites you to the “Open Air in the Villa Garden”.
